Definition
Clicks-and-mortar, bricks-and-clicks, and clicks-and-bricks are all ways of referring to a business model which integrates physical brick-and-mortar retail locations with online marketing.
Ordering pizza online is one of the earliest examples of use of the clicks-and-mortar model.
