Day After Recall (DAR)

Definition

Day after recall (DAR) is a method of testing the performance of an ad or a commercial whereby members of the audience are surveyed one day after their exposure to the ad or commercial in a media vehicle to discover how many of the audience members remember (unaided and aided) encountering that specific ad or commercial.[1]
