Definition
A quality assured metric is one that is systematically evaluated through comparison with a standard and the monitoring of processes and the associated feedback loop that confers error prevention. [1]
“Quality assured” is one of the 10 Characteristics of an Ideal Metric designated by the Marketing Accountability Standards Board.
