Personalized marketing (also known as personalization, one-to-one marketing or custom-tailored marketing) is a form of customized marketing that uses data about an individual prospect’s demographics, life stage, behaviors and preferences to deliver to them focused advertisements, messages and offers.
The goal of personalized marketing is to craft and deliver marketing which is most relevant and persuasive to each prospect.
