Definition

A media channel refers to the specific medium by which an advertiser‘s message is conveyed to its intended audience.

Tradition channels include newspapers, magazines, billboards, direct mail, radio stations, and television stations.

Online media channels include such communication vehicles as websites, social media, email, and search engines. [1]
